November 2007
Work will continue on the site storm drains, sanitary sewer and domestic and fire water. Rebar and anchor bolts were set for building areas “A, B’ C & D” and footings were poured. Building utilities were placed in preparation for the slab on grade pour.
December 2007
The building slab on grade was poured for area “A”. Work has continued on the site utilities. Work continues to in preparation for the remaining slab on grade pours.
January 2008
Work continued on the site utilities. Completed preparation of and poured slab on grade for building area “C” and the footings were completed in Area “B”. Building utilities were on-going, Area “B & D” electrical conduits were installed and plumbing lines were completed in Area “B”.
February 2008
Slab on grade placement was completed for the main building. Construction began on site retaining walls, Porte-a-Cochere and Trellis Columns. Framing was scheduled to commence by the end of the month.
March 2008
Work continued on site rough grading, retaining walls and loading dock. Revisions to the site storm drains and catch basins were started. Framing began with wall layout and plating. SCE is relocating the street lighting at the site entrances. Fire water is to be connected to the water main.
April 2008
Storm drains and catch basins, retaining wall waterproofing and backfill were completed this month. Framing layout and plating was completed and framing commenced. Layout and foundations for the equipment pads were completed and poured.
May 2008
Fire water connection was completed and site electrical installation continued. Framing continued, trusses and roof sheathing began. Worked began on curb and gutters and the loading dock. Masonry work at the fireplace and trellis continued.
June 2008 Look Ahead
Framing, trusses and roof sheathing will continue. Irrigation and utility piping will be placed under on site roadways. Work on the Utility building will continue and site lighting bases will be poured.
