November 2007

The perimeter chain link fencing was completed and the footings for the masonry site walls were poured and retaining wall footings were dug. The building footings were laid out, dug, set rebar and placed anchor bolts for building areas “A & B”. The interior footings poured for building Areas ‘A & B”.

December 2007

Work continued on the masonry site walls. The building footings were laid out, dug, rebar set and placed anchor bolts for building areas “C & D”. The loading dock footings were poured.

January 2008

The masonry site walls will begin setting blocks. Exterior footings are to be poured for building areas “A, B, C & D”. Building areas “A & B” will be prepped and the slab on grade will be poured.

February 2008

Construction and waterproofing of the site retaining walls continued. The exterior concrete footings of the building were poured. Areas A&B were backfilled, graded and slab on grade placement was started.

March 2008

Base and grading for slab on grade continued for Areas A, C & D followed by the slab on grade pours. Framing began on Areas “A” & “B”. Rough Electrical and Plumbing began in Area B. Installation began on the mechanical piping from the chiller pad to the main building. The loading dock and stairs we formed and poured.

April 2008

Work began on the chiller pad, excavation for footings, rebar placement and slab on grade were poured for the Utility building. Framing continued on all areas of the main building. Rough electrical and plumbing continued into Areas “A” & “C”. Roof trusses will be delivered began being set.

May 2008

Framing continued in all areas of the building, trusses were set and roof was sheathed in areas “A” & “B”. Electrical and plumbing rough-in began in the framed walls and HVAC and fire sprinkler systems rough-in began in the attic of the roofed portion of the building.

June 2008 Look Ahead

Framing, trusses and roofing are continuing throughout the building. Electrical, plumbing HVAC and fire sprinkler system rough-ins will continue. Work is beginning on the courtyard footings and block wall.
